Spring is here, and that means roller coasters, warm weather, and family adventures are back at Carowinds! Right now, the park is offering one of its best deals of the season - a limited‑time Spring Sale where you can get a Gold Season Pass for the price of a Silver Pass, for just $89. If your family loves theme park fun, this promotion makes it easier than ever to enjoy unlimited visits all season long.
Gold Pass for the Price of Silver: Just $89
For a limited time, guests can purchase a Gold Season Pass for only $89, which is typically the price of the Silver Pass. This special promotion gives visitors a free upgrade to the Gold Pass, unlocking more perks and park access for the same low price.
With a 2026 Gold Season Pass, passholders can enjoy:
- Unlimited visits all season long
- Free general parking
- Admission to seasonal events like SCarowinds and WinterFest
- Discounts on food and merchandise
- Bring‑a‑friend discount tickets
- Pass Perks rewards and special offers
That means families can visit again and again to enjoy favorite rides like Fury 325, Copperhead Strike, and the Carolina Harbor Waterpark throughout the year.
Another exciting benefit: many Gold Pass promotions now include access to more than 40 parks across the Six Flags Entertainment family, giving passholders opportunities for even more adventures beyond Carowinds.
Perfect for Families: The Free Pre‑K Pass
Families with younger kids will love another incredible offer - the Free Pre‑K Pass.
Children ages 3–5 can receive a free season pass that grants them unlimited visits to the park for the season when registered online and processed at the park. This means little thrill‑seekers can enjoy rides, shows, and splash zones all year long without the cost of admission.
The Pre‑K Pass is perfect for families planning multiple visits during the year and pairs perfectly with a parent’s Gold Season Pass.
Why Now Is the Best Time to Buy
Season pass prices typically increase as the season gets closer to summer, so the Spring Sale is often the best opportunity to lock in the lowest rate. With unlimited visits, free parking, and seasonal events included, many families find that just two visits can pay for the pass.
If you're planning spring break outings, summer adventures, or fall visits for SCarowinds, now is a great time to secure your pass and start planning your trips.
